RETURNS AND EXCHANGE POLICY

We prioritize your satisfaction with your purchase. Please review our Returns and Exchange Policy carefully before placing an order.

 Returns & Exchanges:

Certain fine jewelry items may be returned or exchanged within 15 days of receipt. To qualify for a return or exchange, items must be in unworn, brand-new condition with the original tags and packaging intact.
To initiate a return, please contact our customer team for assistance. 
Please note that refunds to the original form of payment or exchanges for a different item(s) are subject to a 10% restocking fee based on the total value of the original order, as determined by Eden Presley Jewelry.
Customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with returns and exchanges. Return shipping labels can be provided upon request, with the cost deducted from the refund or store credit. 

Custom Jewelry and Sale Items:

All customized jewelry, including custom gold selections that are not in stock at the time of placing your order, as well as mantra or letter jewelry, are considered Final Sale. Additionally, all discounted jewelry is considered final sale. Neither returns nor exchanges will be accepted for discounted jewelry. 

If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us right away. 
Outside Retailer Purchases:
Items purchased from outside retailers must be returned or exchanged at the original retailer. Eden Presley Jewelry is not liable for jewelry purchased by an outside retailer.  
Repairs:
Should you require repairs to your Eden Presley fine jewelry, please contact a sales representative at sales@edenpresley.comCustomers are responsible for the cost of repairs and shipment, unless it is within 30 days of purchase and a product defect has been determined.
