ORDERING INFO
Orders may be placed online at www.edenpresley.com Personalized orders will be confirmed by a sales representative. Please note that once an order has been put into production, we are not able to modify or cancel your order. Eden Presley reserves the right to refuse sales or cancel orders placed by a customer in violation of the site’s terms or as otherwise determined by Eden Presley.

Most of our pieces are made to order. Please allow 4-6 weeks for us to make your piece.

Pieces that are custom cast and made to order will not go into production without full payment in advance by customer. Customized orders take 6 to 8 weeks to produce and ship. If you need your order before that time it may be possible to rush the order for an additional fee. Please note a rush request in the customize box when placing the order. If the rush is possible a sales representative will contact you with the additional charge.

SHIPPING
Domestic shipping (excluding Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico) is Done via UPS. Overnight shipping is available for an additional fee. Orders may not be shipped to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses. We ship internationally via FedEx for an additional fee. Eden Presley is not responsible for the payment of any duties, taxes or other fees assessed to international shipments and Eden Presley is not responsible for any delays or other issues that may arise when shipping internationally. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number. All orders require a signature upon delivery. Please make sure you are available to sign for your order when it is delivered, as you are solely responsible for the acceptance of your order upon delivery. Eden Presley is not responsible for any lost packages, delayed delivery, or any other issues once your order leaves Eden Presley. If your order is sent back to Eden Presley by the shipping company for failure to deliver, you will be required to pay for the re-shipment of your order. Eden Presley does not accept shipping accounts provided by the customer.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS 
Please note that the following terms and conditions apply to all international orders:

  • The order recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws, regulations and restrictions of the destination country.
  • Prices and shipping fees do not include brokerage fees, import and customs duties, Value Added Taxes (“VAT”), tariffs, and other fees that may be levied by the destination country, all of which are the responsibility of the purchaser. Eden Presley is not responsible for brokerage fees, import and customs duties, Value Added Taxes (“VAT”), tariffs, and any other associated fees.
  • Eden Presley is not responsible for delayed delivery of packages due to customs or weather related issues when shipping internationally.
  • All costs incurred on a refused delivery because of high custom or brokerage fees, duties, taxes or restrictions imposed by the country of destination are the responsibility of the purchaser.
  • If you opt on refusing delivery of your order, and the package is sent back to us and you opt for not re-shipping your order, there will be a 20% restock fee.
  • Due to the custom nature of our products, we require 30 business days to produce your order. The shipping method time table that you select will begin once your order has been produced and is ready to ship.

PAYMENT OPTIONS
We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express. We do not accept Discover cards, checks or money orders. Full payment is due before any order is processed and produced.

RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY
Certain fine jewelry may be exchanged within 15 days of purchase, subject to a 20% stocking fee if the jewelry is in the same condition in which it was purchased. This is determined by Eden Presley. You are responsible for all shipping costs for returns and exchanges. In most cases, store credit will be issued. If you purchased an Eden Presley piece of jewelry from an outside retailer and would like to exchange or return it, you must bring the piece to the original retailer where the item was purchased. We are not responsible for any jewelry not purchased directly from Eden Presley. Jewelry purchased on sale is Final Sale.

REPAIRS
Should you wish to make any alterations to your Eden Presley fine jewelry, or require a repair, please reach out to a sales representative at sales@edenpresley.com. Please note that the customer is responsible for the cost of the repair as well as the shipment, unless it is within 30 days of purchase and it has been determined that there is an issue with the product.
