This EP original design features approximately 1.49 cts of diamonds or multicolor gemstones. The larger bottom heart can separate from the top smaller heart so you can wear as studs and a pendant. (EP open close bale sold separately) The complete piece measures 1.25 inches long. Available in 14 k white, yellow or rose gold in a few different stone options. Handmade to order.
